IKAW-AKO International Training Center is a non-profitable service provided by ”IKAW-AKO" JAPAN-NEGROS PARTNERSHIP FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION  Foundation, Inc. A part of the fee goes to the non-profitable activities such as reforestation, environmental education, and other related activities of IKAW-AKO Foundation. This is not a school but a training center to share our knowledge and gain experiences on the field.

IKAW-AKO Foundation is legally exist in the Philippines registered to Security and Exchange Commission SEC Reg. # CN200312379

IKAW-AKO has buisiness permit to operate Training center issued by Silay City Government Cert. #2012-1001502

イカオ・アコ海外研修センターは、(特活)イカオ・アコの一事業です。料金の一部は、イカオ・アコの非営利事業（植林や環境教育、その他会の趣旨に沿った活動）に使われます。イカオ・アコはフィリピンにおいても、NGOとして行政登録をしており、研修センターの運営は合法的に認められています。シライ市からも営業許可を受けています。

 

Vision　/　ビジョン

  • To cultivate human resources capable of speaking English and working in the global society with experience of volunteer works in the developing country with Filipino teachers.
  • To vitalize regional economies in the Philippines by creating jobs with dignity.
  • To provide a place where people from different countries can work together for volunteer works.
  • 英語が話せて途上国でボランティアの経験を積んだ、国際社会に通用する人材をフィリピン人と共に育成する。
  • フィリピンの地方都市に尊厳のある仕事を創出し、有能な人材の流出を防ぐことでフィリピンの地方を活性化させる。
  • フィリピンと日本だけでなく、様々な国籍の人が英語という共通語を通して、協働してボランティア活動に取り組む体制を創る。

  • To provide comfortable and stress-free working environment for the workers.
  • To open the center to different nations without discrimination.
  • Let teachers and staff to join the volunteer works.
  • Provide high quality of volunteer works where both recipient and provider shall gain satisfaction.
  • 実用的で会話中心の英語トレーニングを提供する。
  • 職員には快適でストレスフリーな労働環境を提供する。
  • 日本人だけではなく、様々な国籍の学生が差別を受けることなく、学べる場所にする。
  • フィリピン人教師やスタッフも学生と共にボランティア活動に参加する。
  • する側もされる側も満足度の高いボランティア活動を行う。

 

Goal　/　目標

  • To train more than 50 personnel a year.
  • To employ more than 10 local people at the center.
  • The trainees to be involved in international cooperation activities.
  • To be created new business relationships between trainees and staff.
  • More Filipinos who need assistance to be benefited by our volunteer works.
  • 年間50人以上の学生を受け入れる。
  • センターで10人以上のフィリピン人スタッフを雇用する。
  • センターで学んだ人材がNGOや国際協力の場で活躍する。
  • 出会いの場を提供することで、研修生同士・研修生と先生の間などで新たな関係が創出される。
  • ボランティア活動によってより多くの援助が必要なフィリピン人が利益を受ける。

2012年4月　イカオ・アコ総会で海外研修事業を新設することが承認される

2012年6月　研修センター入居、整備開始

2012年8月6日　研修センター開所式
