Last Dec. 07, 2012 a mangrove planting activity was held at Brgy. Balaring Mangrove Eco-park, a mangrove reforestation project #3 of OISCA SHIKOKU JAPAN ROTARY CLUB KANONJI EASTin cooperation with the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental, City Government of Silay City, OISCA- Silay, OISCA-Bago, Rotary Club of Bacolod North, and Don Albino and Dona Dolores Jison Integrated School in coordination with IKAW-AKO Foundation.
